  • We need an English speaking driver during Tokyo Olympics.
    Hi, the quote for transfer service during Tokyo Olympics is not available until February 2020. We currently have 85 cars, and 26 of them are Tokyo Hiace Vans. Once the price is confirmed, we will email the quote to you on 2/1/2020. Also, because we only have 9 English speaking drivers, the price might be a little higher due to the high demand during the Tokyo Olympics.
  • We need a transfer with the Toyota Alphard during the Tokyo Paralympics.
    Hi, we currently do not have the quote for transfer service during Tokyo Paralympics. Due to the limited number of rental cars legally allowed in Tokyo, we are still finalizing the quote for transfer service. Please leave us with your contact information,and we will send you the pricing on the transfer service once it becomes available in February 2020.
  • Can we take an electric wheelchair?
    please let us know the weight of the electric wheelchair, so we can determine if a wheelchair accessible vehicle is needed.
  • Our flight will arrive at 11:30PM on 8/30/2020 in Narita Airport.how much will the transfer be?
    If you are arriving at 11:30PM in Narita Airport, there will be an extra 7% fee for the night service. For 4 people with 6 large baggages, the Toyota Alphard is the best choice. Our Driver will greet you at the airport lobby with a welcome sign (your title). Then transfer to Shinjuku will take about 40 minutes.
  • Do we need to pay tips to the driver for transfer service in Japan?
    Generally, you do not have to give tips to the driver. However, if you enjoy the transfer, especially when the driver provides extra services, such as loading luggage, providing advices, purchasing admission ticket, or providing late night or early morning transfer, you may give some tips to the driver.
  • Is the emergency contact on the final confirmation the phone number of the driver?
    The emergency contact on the final confirmation allows you to ask for assistance in case of emergency. However, it is not the driver’s phone number.
