If you cancel within 2 days of the scheduled departure, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee.
If you cancel at least 4 days in advance of the scheduled departure, there is no cancellation fee.
If your pickup place is at an airport, our driver will wait for you at the terminal for maximum of 100 minutes after your flight arrives.
If you encounter issues that will take a long time to resolve (eg. Luggage is damaged…), please contact your driver immediately. Otherwise, our drivers will assume clients forgo their service.
If your pickup place is at a hotel, our driver will greet you in hotel lobby. Our driver will wait you for a maximum of 40 minutes. If you encounter any emergency, please contact your driver immediately. Otherwise, our drivers will assume clients forgot their service (without refund).

Hi, we currently do not have the quote for transfer service during Tokyo Paralympics. Due to the limited number of rental cars legally allowed in Tokyo, we are still finalizing the quote for transfer service. The price for this transfer is more expensive because one way distance is already about 500 Km, and we will need to hire 2 drivers to complete the service according to Japan regulation. The total drive will be 6 to 7 hours. Thus you may consider taking the Shinkansen to arrive in Tokyo first, and then use our service to transfer from Tokyo station to Brazil Embassy. We will be arriving on 9/17 at 9PM at Narita Airport, and we need a transfer to our hotel in Hakone. According to our situation, does the same rate listed on your website, from Nairta Airport to Mt. Fuji with Tokyo Alphard, still apply? Because you are arriving at Narita late at night and most likely you will not get out of the airport until 10PM, an additional $100 USD will be needed to cover the hotel accommodation for driver after completing the service at midnight. If you agree with the price, please confirm your booking with your representative.

We need a transfer service on 8/25 for 14 hours for Tokyo sightseeing, mostly on popular tourist attractions. Can you advise the price? Also,can the driver guide us through the attractions? Hi, our service for 1 day is 10 hours, and any additional hours will incur a $50 USD per hour fee. Our drivers can speak simple English, but they will not be able to guide the tour. They can help to purchase admission tickets, tell you the parking spot, and pick you up at the attractions. However, they will not able to explain the cultural significance behind the places. We recommend hiring a professional tour guide for such purpose to enhance your tour experience.

We are a family of 4 and need a transfer from hotel in Shibuya to Narita Airport tomorrow morning at 8:00AM. We will pay cash to the driver in the morning, can you arrange the service? Unfortunately, all reservation has to be arranged at least 48 hours in advance. Except for overtime fee can be paid directly to the driver, all payment has to be completed in advance. We accept urgent payment through Paypal. However,because the service is for tomorrow morning, we will not have enough time to arrange the booking. We recommend taking a taxi to Narita Airport instead.
