I cannot praise the Japan holiday specialist advisor highly enough. She knew the areas we wanted to visit and advised us on options. We tweaked the itinerary three times before we settled it but the specialist was extremely patient with us and very pleasant to deal with over the phone. We also received so much more information than we would expect from the 'usual' travel companies. Highly recommended.
