First of all Arigatou gozaimasu from all of us. The car arrangements in Hokkaido made by you were amazing and the service was commendable. Our driver guide in Hokkaido, Kan was the best of all and very accommodating. He really went above and beyond. All other drivers were great too and very responsible. He was very accommodating and patient towards my family including my grandmother who is on wheelchair. He went above and beyond to make sure the trip was enjoyable and comfortable for us. He was very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable about the popular spots in Japan. His service was exceptional and impeccable.
