How to get to Norikura Onsen Ski Resort from Tokyo? Great variety of trail, wide and gentle slopes, Hakuba Norikura is located in village Otari, Hakuba valley. Old lifts but works well, and the rental ski equipment is not very new. There are sheltered runs good for beginners, families with kids. The hotel located at the bottom of the slopes, and is linked to Cortina resort, Joint lift tickets are available. The hotel backs onto Hakuba Norikura Onsen, and is looking dated. The rooms are spacious, well set-up. Limited food in the hotel but the Japanese style with some mix of western breakfast buffet is ok. Ski resort has two large onsen baths, and visitors can enjoy it in Hakuba Alps Hotel and Norikuraso. The hotel also offers a luggage delivery service which is very helpful to send large luggage and Ski equipment to major airports in Tokyo.
