Established in 1964, the Jigokudani has been known as the place to see Japanese wild monkeys bathing in the hot springs. These wild monkeys come down from the mountains to bathe. They tend to spend a lot of time in the baths between December and March to protect themselves against the cold weather conditions.

This place always gives visitors a very special feeling, not only because of the onsens gushing in the middle of the street, but also because of the large number of traditional ryokans nearby.There are also many souvenir shops everywhere. anyway, it would be a great experience to come here once.
